Whole Semi Boneless Chicken Rosemary Tarragon Style (per lb)
Often referred to as Flattened Chicken, or "Spatchcock", or Semi Boneless Chicken, this item has a lovely blend of Rosemary, Tarragon, Wine and is ideal for carving for a group of 5 or 6. BBQ or Oven Roast. Sear on High Heat (500°F), then reduce temperature to 350°F. A meat thermometer should be used to ensure: Cook until an internal temperature of 82°C (180°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
