For best results we recommend placing the burgers in the freezer for approximately 25 minutes prior to cooking. Chilling will reduce the burgers from sticking to the paper and will make it easier to apply to the cooking surface.
For BBQ: Preheat BBQ to 500°F or higher, sear, then reduce temperature to 300°F to cook.
For Oven broiled: Preheat oven to 400°F, Sear, then reduce temperature to 325°F to cook.
For Sauteeing: Apply oil to pan, sear on high heat, then reduce to lower heat to cook. In any methods mentioned above, use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
