Oveja Aux Truffes Cheese (per lb)
Oveja aux truffes is a sheep's milk cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain. The milk used to produce this cheese is rich and earthy which confers a unique and pure paste to the cheese. The cheese is aged for at least 4 months which adds a great texture to the flavourful cheese. The paste of the cheese is combined with summer black truffles to give the cheese a subtle and pure truffle flavour.
