Chicken Breast Kabob (per lb)
All white meat chicken kebob with peppers and onions. Great as a meal, pita stuffer or on a bed of rice. For BBQ; sear on high flame (500°F) or higher, then reduce to (350°F) to cook. For Oven: bake at (350°F). For both methods, use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
