Pork Back Ribs (per lb)
Pork Back Ribs specially selected and crafted for Pusateri's. Also referred to as "Country Style Ribs" for their rich and meaty surface. These ribs are ideal for BBQ, Smoker, or Oven Baked. BBQ Cooking: Pre-heat BBQ to 500°F or higher, Sear, then reduce temperature to 325°F. SMOKER: Cook on low flame for a long period of time. Oven Bake: Pre Heat oven to 400°F. Sear, then reduce to 300°F. With any of the methods mentioned above, Use a Meat Thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
