The Canadian Angus Beef is locally sourced from a community of Mennonite Farmers, grown in Ontario. Pusateri's specially selects, reserves, and dry ages (for a minimum of 21 days) to ensure a Tender, Flavourful and Juicy Finish. For Oven Roast: Add your favourite Herbs, Spices, Beef Stock, wine and root vegetables at least 4hrs prior to cooking. Cooking times vary, depending on weight of meat. Medium rare: Cook until internal temperature is 145°F for 15 seconds. Medium: Cook until internal temperature is 160°F for 15 seconds. Well done: Cook until internal temperature is 170°F for 15 seconds.
