Add your favourite Herbs, Spices, and Wine at least 4 hours prior to cooking, or the night before. BBQ, Oven Broil, or Pan Sear, on high heat. Using a meat thermometer, ensure to cook, for: Medium rare: Cook until internal temperature is 145°F for 15 seconds. Medium: Cook until internal temperature is 160°F for 15 seconds. Well done: Cook until internal temperature is 170°F for 15 seconds.
