All it takes is a quick Pan Sear, BBQ, or Oven Broiled.Add you favourite seasoni ngs or rubs for a delicious finish. BBQ, oven broil, or pan sear on high heat. Using a meat thermometer, cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
