An Amazing Twist to the Classic Chicken Scallopini. The Chicken Breast Supreme is skinless, butterflied and finished with a light Rosemary Marinade. The inclusion of the Drumette adds for presentation and flavour. BBQ: Pre Heat BBQ to 500°F, sear, then reduce to 325°F to cook. Oven roasted: Pre Heat oven to 400°F, sear, the reduce to 325°F to cook. Using the methods above, use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 74°C (165F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
