The fine aroma of tarragon, rosemary and the addition of olive oil, white wine, and other ingredients make up this marinade, a perfect complement to these all white meat chicken, peppers and onion skewers. For BBQ; Sear on high flame (500°F) or higher, then reduce to (350°F) to cook. Or oven bake at 350°F. For both methods, use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for at least 15 seconds.
